HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND RETURN POLICY
I consistently track any order I place. When I found my order for a suitcase had not shipped I attempted to cancel because it would not arrive in time for my trip. The CSR lied said it was too late because the order had shipped. (It shipped 2-3 days after he said.) I could refuse upon delivery. As it arrived while I was on my trip I could not refuse. My roommate opened in error. The only way I could have returned was to take to the post office unopened. No return label to track and assure the package made it to the warehouse and proof to receive a refund. This is unacceptable service and the last time I will order from MorningSave. You need to take lessons from Amazon on how to retain customers.
