Great Customer Service
I purchased a Vivitar Dash Cam that was a great deal. The camera wouldn’t t work as described and Vivitar wanted me to pay shipping to return it under warranty. With the high cost of shipping the value of the camera was lost. I asked Morningsave to assist in the shipping and they did one better- they simply gave me a refund. This is outstanding customer service that you all should appreciate. This is because I’m going thru a fraudulent purchase with Groupon and had to send 5 different communications to 4 different people as they wouldn’t refund me and basically blamed me, the victim. It finally got worked out but the hassle with them, canceling the cc, etc. was stressful so that’s why this service is so appreciated. Thank You Morningsave.
