Customer Service does Not reply in 1 Business Day
I emailed customer service on a Tuesday morning, via website and outside email regarding a refund for my item. It’s now Thursday morning and no reply! Had I known it would be this difficult to receive a response via email with no phone # provided, I would not have ordered. My fear was forbid something being wrong with my item & I could not get a reply. And that’s exactly what has happened! I received a defective item & I cannot get a response! How does happen ??
