My item was some how lost in the mail so needless to say I never received it but they still took my money. I contacted customer service which they responded back within 48 hours which I tought this was going to be a fast fix. I was told that I would see on my account a new order with no charges the next day or two. Well, this was on March 19th and guess what I’m still waiting. Oh, I originally purchased my item on March 03 and 26 days later, I’m still waiting. Has anyone else ever had this kind of problem?
