Even if you are doing the same loop in your yard or around your block that you were 4 months ago, chances are it has changed since then. New flowers are blooming, fruit is filling out the trees, veggies are forming in the garden. Birds and squirrels are coming and going, rolling with the changes of the season.
That’s the beauty of the world we live in—it’s always changing. And rolling with those changes is part of what keeps us happy and healthy and resilient. Getting some good exercise in does that too.
You might not be as poetic as Thoreau wandering around your neighborhood, and that’s ok. Even if you aren’t logging dense reflections and captivating metaphors, you can still be logging your activities, steps, sleep, heart rate and blood pressure. It’s as sleek and sophisticated as any smart watch, but works well with your wild side too, and ready to roll with whatever changes nature throws at us next.
